It's always refreshing to see royals maintain their interest in the arts!

Recently, Princess Josephine, a young member of the Danish Royal Family, made her acting debut on Tidsrejsen. Tidsrejsen, which, according to Hello! Magazine, translates to Time Travel 2, is a Danish TV show. The young actress' debut was a major surprise, as her pursuit of a role was not even announced on The Royal Household's official channels.

Hello! Magazine reports that Princess Josephine auditioned for her role in Time Travel 2 without any assistance from her family. In other words, she got the job after trying out for it like everybody else. The Princess portrayed a character named Kate in her debut and wore pigtails and denim dungarees.

Hello! reports that Princess Josephine is not entirely a stranger to acting, as she's previously appeared in an on-stage performance of Peter Pan at Tivoli Copenhagen.

Princess Josephine, full name Josephine Sophia Ivalo Mathilda, was born January 8, 2011 in Denmark. She is a twin and was born 26 minutes after her brother, Vincent.

The Princess has accompanied her parents, King Frederik X and Queen Mary, on official visits in the past. Most recently, she traveled to Greenland with her family.

Hello! reports that Josephine's parents are set to host the rest of the Danish Royal Family at Marselisborg Castle for the first time this festive season. However, King Frederik's brother has already confirmed that he will be spending the holidays with his wife's family.

If the stars align, Princess Josephine may be able to cross paths with the Duchess of Sussex. Meghan Markle spent seven seasons on the hit American legal drama Suits and currently shares a Netflix deal with her husband, Prince Harry. Her husband's most recent project, POLO, is set to begin airing on Netflix later this week.

Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, is a notable author who visited the United States to promote her novel A Most Intriguing Lady and chat with fans. The novelist is usually in high demand, as she actually was scheduled to attend a book festival in Australia before having to cancel. She's also expressed interest in acting in Bridgerton, one of her most favorite series.

Princess Catherine is often lauded as one of the most fashionable people in the British Royal Family. She recently made a shift to her personal style after returning to public duty; but she still receives tons of media coverage celebrating her outfits and personal tastes.
