The Great British Baking Show's longest-running judge may be the one contestants fear the most, but Paul Hollywood's newest venture is nothing to be afraid of. He's coming out with a new cookbook! And the premise of the book is all about celebration bakes.
From holiday desserts and Thanksgiving pies (for us Americans) to party appetizers and springtime snacks, the book covers it all. And there are some savory additions as well. It's not all sweets. But what is the book called? It's titled Celebrate (of course).
The book is headed to your favorite bookstore on Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2025 in the US (and June 5 in the UK) and will feature recipes for Yule logs, Panettone, apple doughnuts, key lime pie, and everything in between. If there is a holiday or an occasion to celebrate, chances are this book has at least one or two recipes for it. The whole book includes 100 recipes with gorgeous photos. You can pre-order the book now!
But unlike the complicated and complex recipes and bakes we often see on the Great British Baking Show, the recipes in Hollywood's Celebrate go back-to-basics, ensuring everyone can make something to celebrate life.
Paul Hollywood is back this fall with his latest cookbook, Celebrate
As for when the Great British Baking Show is coming back, that's anyone's best guess. The applications for new bakers opened last year, so they may be in the pre-production or filming stages at this point. Last season came out at the end of September, so hopefully, we can look forward to that this year as well. If there was ever a time we needed our comfort show, it's right now.
