The dream never dies when you already know how to ride!

According to GB News, Olympian equestrian and daughter of Princess Anne, Zara Tindall, recently revealed that she's interested in competing at the 2032 Olympics in Brisbane, Australia. Those familiar with the royal's resume already know that she won a medal with Team Great Britain at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. If she were to qualify for the Brisbane Games, the experienced competitor would be 51 years old.

What would it take for Tindall to make another Olympic Games?

In a quote presented in the GB News' article, Zara Tindall acknowledges that she would need a good horse who is injury-free and capable of delivering elite performances at a consistent rate. There is also the issue of her own health and ability to manage the schedule of being an Olympic hopeful.

Even if she doesn't qualify for the Brisbane Games, Tindall is satisfied with how her career turned out. Tindall knows that competing in her home country was a once in a lifetime experience that can't be replaced. She's also fairly busy traveling around the world with her husband and supporting equestrian sports in other ways.

GB News reports that Zara and her husband, Mike Tindall, made an appearance at the Magic Millions horse racing event in Gold Coast, Australia. The annual event is a ten-day carnival that Zara supports as the occasion's patron.

While at the event, Mike provides sideline commentary as his wife competes on the polo field. Like other members of the Royal Family, Zara was introduced to polo at a young age by previous generations of the House of Windsor. While her own athletic career was in a different discipline, it appears Zara was destined to compete in a horse-related sport either way.

The Magic Millions event serves a broader purpose that people unfamiliar with the event may not be aware of. Zara states that she uses the event to improve women's access to horse racing and participation in the sport. According to GB News, the royal claims that Magic Millions is "an initiative which has brought a light to women in racing, but also ownership in racing."

Zara's larger goals while hosting the event provide insight into where her sporting career may travel if she is truly done competing at the Olympic level. 2032 is a long time away, however, so we will keep our eyes peeled for any sports-related updates from the silver medalist!
