We have reached the end of Crime Scene Kitchen Season 3, and that means we have a new winner. And while we knew which team we wanted to see win, we were happy with any of the teams winning. We loved them all.

Of course, as we are Tea and Banter, we were certainly rooting for Keiron and Janusz. After all, Janusz is a former baker from the Great British Baking Show, which means we were automatically hoping to see him and his partner take the grand prize.

However, it was simply not meant to be this season. And even though Keiron and Janus certainly baked their hearts out, and really came close to winning, they ultimately didn’t have what it took to truly overcome the crime scene kitchen. Because there were certain clues that they just missed out on that would have led to success.

So since it was not Keiron and Janusz who came out on top in season three, which team actually did win? In the end it was Jessica & Lenore who truly mastered the crime scene kitchen.

There is no denying that this season had some very talented bakers. And these bakers really had a way with this kitchen. In fact, it was clear that the judges kept stepping up their game, in order to truly challenge these bakers. After all in one episode, they didn’t even have the full two minutes to explore the kitchen.

It really felt like the judges had to think outside of their own bakers box in order to find recipes and challenges that would give these competitors a run for their money. And in the end, we had three amazing teams battling it out to win the $100,000 grand prize. Any one of these teams could’ve walked away with the win, and we really appreciate getting to see their journey to the end.

Jessica & Lenore absolutely deserved to win this season. They were truly the best bakers and crime scene investigators in season three.
