Prince Harry makes surprise appearance at the 111th Grey Cup

The biggest game in Canadian pro football was bound to be a star studded affair, but this website noticed a royal made time to enjoy the festivities as well!
According to an X (formerly known as Twitter) post by @nowtoronto, Prince Harry made a surprise visit to the Canadian Football League's 111th Grey Cup and spent time exploring the host stadium's facilities.
The Duke of Sussex's stop at the Grey Cup is yet another example of the Prince's love of sport and desire to be around the field of action as much as possible. Those following our coverage of the royal probably aren't surprised at this point. However, it has been interesting to see him explore his athletic interests in his own way.
Could this be the rise of a sports influencer in the Royal Family?
As a member of the royal family, Prince Harry is already one of the more influential people in the world. The Duke has capitalized on this by exploring areas other than philanthropy and politics and gravitating towards his unique niche for athletic pursuits.
Recently, Harry finished up a five-part documentary for Netflix about the sport of polo. Like most men in the Royal Family, Harry occasionally plays the game at an amateur level in charity tournaments. Due to this, he has a deep connection to the activity that allows him to complete projects like his work with Netflix.
In addition to his work chronicling polo, Prince Harry has become a bit more of a surfer this year. In October, Prince Harry was seen crushing some waves at Kelly Slater's Surf Ranch in California. The viral Instagram post showing Harry in action highlighted his passion for trying new things and expanding his horizons.
Recent evidence hints that Prince Harry will be popping up in the sports world again fairly soon. Once it happens, we'll be here to cover it and let you know!
