The work is not done for Prince Harry and his journey to reclaim his life in the United Kingdom.

A new report from Hello! Magazine reveals that Prince Harry has plans to appeal a High Court judgement that upheld the Home Office's decision to reduce the amount of security provided to the Duke and his family while working and traveling in the UK. The appeal would build upon the victory Harry just earned against News Group Newspapers in a settlement that paid out eight-figures.

Of course, Harry's continued activities in the courtroom would not be welcomed by all. Challenging the Home Office's prior judgement forces Prince Harry to place his father, King Charles, in an awkward position. Sources cited by Hello! Magazine claim that Harry wants his father to help him reclaim his ability to travel safely in his home country. However, sources close to the King claim that the monarch cannot challenge a government decision while maintaining his credibility.

A potential stalemate inside the House of Windsor

The tension between Prince Harry and King Charles could grow deeper if the Duke of Sussex forces the King to choose between the UK's political harmony and his nature as a father and grandfather. Going against a government decision for Harry's personal benefit would set a new precedent that's less than desirable. However, the King of the United Kingdom has only seen his youngest granddaughter, Lilibet, in person once.

Naturally, Prince Harry wants his children to become accustomed with his homeland. Fans of the royals are aware that Harry gave years of service to his country as a working royal and a member of the British military. Now, there are moments where it seems like the Duke is forced to remain in the United States and keep a certain amount of distance from the senior members of the family.

Living in the United States has been a challenge for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex recently. Hello! Magazine reports that the California wildfires forced Meghan to push back the release of her new Netflix series and a few podcast episodes. Other sources cited by Hello! claim that Meghan has become a difficult employer to work with in recent years.

The couple's professional reputation can be repaired with a string of good luck and strong public relations. However, Prince Harry's relationship with his father could be damaged indefinitely if he can't find a way to feel more secure in the UK without going through the courts.

We'll update everyone whenever new developments in Prince Harry's case become available.
