Prince Harry's budget for legal services appears to be endless, as the Duke of Sussex is reportedly involved in another lawsuit.
GB News' reporting on the legal matter shows that Prince Harry, Elton John, and five other British celebrities are suing Associated Newspapers, the publisher of the Daily Mail.
The celebrities claim that Associated Newspapers committed a series of privacy breaches over the past 30 years. According to GB News, these breaches allegedly include "phone tapping, home bugging and obtaining medical records by deception."
The lawsuit is similar to the one Prince Harry filed against News Group Newspapers. Harry eventually reached a settlement in that case, but it should be noted that it only involved him on the claimant side. The new suit highlighted within GB News' reporting involves multiple victims who were harmed in unique ways. This means the Duke of Sussex's impact on the case's final outcome could be diluted.
How far along is the lawsuit?

According to another GB News report, not very far at all.
The other report reveals that a judge asked Prince Harry and his fellow claimants to provide "'real examples' of unlawful information gathering rather than broad allegations."
The judge asked for tangible examples because they don't want the lawsuit to "become a wide-ranging public inquiry."
During their statement, the judge also clarified what they are looking for. Articles written with the help of "straightforward, up and down [sources]" could represent breaches of confidence, but not the unlawful information gathering alleged by Prince Harry and his fellow celebrities.
In addition, the judge advised against analyzing the articles they'd already submitted and making new arguments based on them.
Associated Newspapers denied the allegations made against it and called the lawsuit "lurid" and "simply preposterous."
It should be noted that the suit involving Associated Newspapers appears to be in its earliest stages. On one hand, Prince Harry could be prepared to present examples that have not been reported. On the other hand, he could be gearing up to suffer a loss similar to the one he experienced last week.
The fallout of Prince Harry's failed request for more protection was ugly and may not be over. Harry's response to the UK Government's decision included a lengthy statement on his official website and an explosive interview with BBC News.
Since airing, the interview has received waves of criticism. Reports show that Harry's appearance drew so much ire that Buckingham Palace released a rare statement agreeing with the court's decision and its meticulous examination of Harry's issues.
We'll keep an eye on the reactions to Prince Harry's newest legal battle as it moves forward.
