On the evening of August 2, Duchess Meghan was spotted out and about in Montecito with Prince Harry at her side. The duchess was celebrating her birthday a bit early with a dinner at an Italian bistro called Tre Lune, according to the Daily Mail.
Described as both a rustic eatery and a celebrity hotspot, it makes sense that the royal couple might head there in order to celebrate a birthday. But for some fans of the Duchess of Sussex, the real question is what did she wear for the special occasion.
What did the Duchess of Sussex wear to her birthday dinner with Prince Harry?
According to the What Meghan Wore Instagram account, it seems that the stunning yet simple black and white striped maxi length dress that the duchess was wearing came from the brand Posse. On the brand's website, the dress is currently out of stock, but can be preordered and is called the Theo Strapless Dress. The retail for the dress is $239 and comes in sizes XXS to XL, and is meant to be a figure hugging silhouette.
Duchess Meghan paired the dress with her classic Cult Gaia clutch and some simple flat sandals. She also had on very minimal jewelry, earrings and bracelets were the perfect way to accent the look without taking away from its overall simplicity.
Honestly, the entire look was simple and elegant and was a reminder that when it comes to more minimal looks, the Duchess of Sussex absolutely knows how to wow without going over the top. And of course, Prince Harry was also doing his part to bring the classic California style by wearing a white trousers with a blue linen shirt.
