Prince Harry's well reported travels will continue in New York City!

People Magazine reports that the Duke of Sussex is scheduled to attend an event honoring his mother's legacy sometime in September. The magazine also claims that Prince Harry is expected to dedicate time to a separate list of charitable efforts during his stay. So, if you want to see the royal in person, you need to start booking your flights now!

A Royal's Travel Itinerary Never Ends

Readers of Tea and Banter might remember that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle recently returned from a four-day tour of Colombia. The couple visited the country on official business and wrapped up their duties earlier this month. Now, Prince Harry has at least one major appearance scheduled for September. Historians of the Royal Family understand why the Duke of Sussex's appearance at a Diana Award event is a huge deal. However, those new to the Royals might need a hint.

Prince Harry and Prince William Still Don't See Eye to Eye

Prince Harry and Prince William recently attended an uncle's funeral. However, the brothers kept their interactions with each other at a minimum. Unfortunately, this should've been expected, as the siblings barely conversed with one another at Queen Elizabeth II's memorial service. At a 2023 Diana Award event, the brothers opted to film separate video messages instead of attending the occasion in person. The solution allowed the men to support their mother's legacy in a unified manner, but it also confirmed that their aversion to seeing one another still runs deep.

The Diana Award has not confirmed when Prince Harry will be appearing in New York City. Those planning to attend the event should bookmark the organization's website and check it frequently to remain up-to-date. Until then, we'll keep holding out hope that the royal siblings will fix their issues sooner rather than later!
