Both Prince Harry and Prince William were in attendance at uncle's funeral in Norfolk

On July 29, Lord Robert Fellowes passed away at the age of 82. And on August 28, a funeral was finally held for the British courtier who once worked as Queen Elizabeth II's secretary.

According to Page Six, both Prince Harry and Prince William attended the funeral, although it seems as if the brothers did not interact with each other. Considering Lord Robert Fellowes is their uncle (he was Princess Diana's brother-in-law, as well as being Sarah Ferguson's father's first cousin), it makes perfect sense that they would put aside whatever issues they may have with each other in order to say their goodbyes.

Reports from other people who were in attendance at the funeral revealed that both princes arrived separately and discreetly, as they did not want to call attention to themselves. And of course, attendees also made it clear that they did not speak to each other. In fact, it is said that they chose to keep their distance from each other. (This is not that surprising when looking at the state of their relationship.)

Page Six did confirm that Prince Harry attended his uncle's funeral, although they did point out that a source shared, "it was in a personal capacity. He flew in and out." But this makes perfect sense because he is not a working royal and he wasn't at the funeral as a royal, but rather as a grieving nephew.

While there don't seem to be any pictures of the two brothers at their uncle's funeral, and we don't expect there to be any, it does seem to be the first time that they have been together since their grandmother's funeral. And with them currently not in the best place in their relationship, it also makes sense that they wouldn't be chatting during a funeral.
