Prince Harry is heading to New York City in September

Prince Harry is heading out on his own this September for a solo trip to New York City. Considering the prince's last two working trips included his wife, Duchess Meghan, it feels notable that he is heading to NYC on his own.

According to People Magazine, a spokesperson for the Duke of Sussex revealed that he will be in town for the start of UN General Assembly High-level Week and Climate Week. With Climate Week starting on September 22, and the High-level Week starts September 23, Prince Harry will be in the city as part of an effort to "advance a number of his patronages and philanthropic initiatives."

The spokesperson for the duke revealed that he will be taking part in engagements revolving around the "African Parks, The HALO Trust, The Diana Award, and Travalyst." Not only that, but this trip is all about further promoting the works of the non-profit organization that he and his wife run, The Archewell Foundation.

Prince Harry is heading to New York City during the week of September 22

Interestingly enough, the week of September 22 is also when Prince William's Earthshot Prize Innovation Summit is set to take place in NYC at the Plaza Hotel. The event is scheduled for September 24, and while Prince William did in fact attend the event in 2023, there is no word yet on whether or not he will be heading to New York this year as well.

If both Prince Harry and Prince William end up in NYC at the same time in order to promote their charitable and philanthropic works, it would be the perfect opportunity for the brothers to meet up. That is not to say that this would happen, but it would certainly go a long way towards mending the rift that has developed over the last few years.

However, we are just excited to see Prince Harry continuing his work efforts for the charitable organizations that he works with. We love to see him doing what he does best, meeting with people and making a difference.
