Finally, some good family news from the House of Windsor!

Hello Magazine recently published an article reporting that King Charles and Queen Camilla met up with Duchess Sophie at a special reception preceding this month's Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting. Experienced fans of the Royal Family already know that the House of Windsor can show up at any place at anytime. The special reception was technically a political event, but the star studded guest list makes us feel like we just missed one of the biggest gatherings of the year.

Along with the Duchess of Edinburgh, Grace Jones, Craig Revel Horwood and Motsi Mabuse were some of the celebrities reported to be in attendance. Freddie Tuilagi, a former rugby player, performed at the event and gave guests a fabulous Samoan dance show. At one point, he even got the King of the United Kingdom to strut his stuff as well!

Politics made fun

As aforementioned, there will be some serious business to handle once all the fun is over. However, pictures from the reception show that everyone was able to get along and have a moment with the King. Public diplomacy appears to be one of the Royal Family's most potent strategies, and it isn't hard to tell why after seeing the great time everybody had ourselves.
