Harry Styles former LA home sells with the help of Selling Sunset realtor

Harry Styles' former LA-based home has sold. And it is all thanks to a Selling Sunset realtor.

According to People Magazine, it seems as if Emma Hernan of Selling Sunset fame has found the perfect buyer for what she described as a "rare gem" in the Hollywood Hills. In a statement confirming the sale on August 17, Hernan shared "This unique, one-of-a-kind home perched just above the Sunset Strip is on to its exciting next chapter. I am thrilled to close on this truly amazing property as it is such a rare gem in the world famous Hollywood Hills!"

Apparently Harry Styles originally purchased the home in 2016. He then sold the property in 2019 for $6 million. And it seems like that buyer also decided to let "Harry's House" go as of October 2022. Finally, after nearly a year on the market, the home has a new owner.

Considering this home is a two story property with six bathrooms and four bedrooms, as well as amazing skyline views of downtown LA, it makes sense that this was once Styles' home. There is actually quite a lot to love about this property, right down to the high ceilings and the gourmet kitchen. The home even boasts a home theater, a hot tub and pool area, and of course a gym. Basically, this is a home that any star would love.

While Harry Styles has not lived in the home for four years at this point, it does make sense that people still associate the property with him, especially considering it has been graced with the moniker of Harry's House.

Hopefully the new owners of the home love it enough to make it their own.
