It’s exciting news if you are a fan of Gordon Ramsay, as the reality TV superstar Chef has a new series heading to Fox. Set to premiere on May 21, Gordon Ramsay is basically going undercover.
His new series, Secret Service, has Ramsay seeing the real down and dirty action of restaurants in trouble. Unlike with Kitchen Nightmares, where people know he’s coming and have the possibility of cleaning up their act, with this series he’s doing things a bit differently. It’s almost like Bar Rescue meets Kitchen Nightmares, but with the element of surprise.
In this series, Chef Ramsay will have a surveillance vehicle where he can spy on the restaurant that needs help. It’ll be his chance to really see what’s going on behind the scenes. He will have a source inside the restaurant helping him with this mission. And after hours, he will go inside the restaurant and do a full investigation with blacklight to see exactly how dirty these kitchens might be.
The real question is what will he find. Honestly, we can’t wait to see exactly how this show differs from some of his previous series. And we love that we are getting even more Gordon Ramsay on our screens.
Gordon Ramsay is giving us a brand new series on Fox
According to Deadline, Secret Service will actually be his eighth active show on Fox. This includes staples such as Kitchen Nightmares, MasterChef, and Hell’s Kitchen. Of course, we are currently in the middle of Next Level Chef, and awaiting the spinoff Next Level Baker. If you are a fan of Gordon Ramsay, it’s a great time to be a Fox viewer.
In a statement from the chef himself, he shared that “Over the years, I’ve embark on many daring adventures alongside my partners at Fox. And Secret Service is the most intrepid of them all! With undercover help and cutting edge technology, I get to go full on MI6 with these restaurants.”
Honestly, it really sounds like even Chef Ramsay is excited for his new series. And we love that. I can’t wait to tune in and see how this show is different, well also enjoying seeing Gordon Ramsay do what he does best, help restaurants in trouble
