If it wasn't already obvious, Abigail Spencer will always be in her best friend's corner.
In an exclusive interview, Hello! Magazine spoke with the Suits actress and asked her to reveal any secrets she knew about Meghan Markle's upcoming show With Love, Meghan.
While Spencer kept a lot of things close to the vest, she spoke freely about her relationship with the Duchess of Sussex and how the two came to be such close friends.
Meghan and Abigail's background
According to Spencer's interview with Hello! Magazine, her and Meghan first met while Abigail was waiting for NBC to tell her who would be selected to play her best friend on Suits. One afternoon, Spencer arrived for a reading and noticed Meghan sitting at the end of a table.
Spencer continued to reminisce by saying "I walk in, I see this beautiful gorgeous creature at the end of the table and I'm like, 'Who is that?' We had an immediate something, you know? And her name is Meghan Markle."
Abigail claims that her and Meghan's relationship has grown ever since that moment, and the actress' continuous support of the Duchess' projects proves that she'll always remain loyal to the royal, activist, and businesswoman.
When asked about what fans can expect from With Love, Meghan, Spencer said "I'm just very, very grateful for everyone to get a taste of the Meghan that I know and love."
In the past, Tea and Banter reported on Abigail Spencer's noted love for her close friend. In a prior Instagram post, Spencer made a post with the caption "She's magic. Love you so @meghan." This post came after trailers for Meghan's lifestyle and cooking project showed glimpses of Abigail helping out.
In other social media posts, Abigail and Meghan can be seen spending time at the Duchess' home in California and hanging out at other public events.
What's next for the friends?
History shows that Abigail Spencer will probably show even more support for her best friend once With Love, Meghan is officially released on Netflix's platform. If Meghan hosts an event celebrating the show's release, Spencer is almost guaranteed to have a spot on the royal's VIP list. Until then, it seems Abigail and Meghan will continue promoting the show as much as possible for the next month or so.
As of now, With Love, Meghan is scheduled to release on March 4th.
