The curtain for the production of the fifth and final season of Stranger Things is closed. However, Millie Bobby Brown, who played Eleven, and the rest of the cast are not over with it yet.

Millie Bobby Brown was nominated twice for an Emmy and is now emotional about the production wrap for Stranger Things this week. It has been more than eight years since the Duffer Brothers came up with a breakthrough series, which neither the world nor the cast is ready to let go of.

Brown posted a sentimental Instagram post with snippets from the beginning days of Stranger Things when she was only 12 years old. She explained that the graduation ceremony should be all about leaving behind the teachers and mates, though this is not the case with this one.

She explained that she would cherish the memories that she had collected for eight years while working with all the cast and crew members. She ended by saying “I love you” and “Thank you”.

With a five-season run, Brown admitted that the show has given her all the resources to outshine herself for which she captioned the post “With love, El”.

In another interview, she elucidated that her role in Stranger Things was taking a lot of time, as was the demand of its production. She is ready to create new stories which she is passionate about and for that, she bids farewell to Stranger Things

She lightheartedly added that she would still be able to see her people since nobody is dying when it ends.

Finn Wolfhard couldn’t believe it’s over

Finn Wolfhard, who played Mike Wheeler in the series, was “in shock” after the season’s wrap. He revealed that the shooting took place for a year and he will miss all of his friends who were once some strong characters in front of his eyes.

Still, he was content that a “bunch of goofy young people” were able to make something “cool” like Stranger Things which has become a global rage.

He felt that he was the same young Wolfhard who joined with the others and made some mind-blowing stuff with all their passion.

He hoped people would love the last season and ended by saying “See you all next year”.

Although the directors and the whole team of Stranger Things have been tight-lipped about the show, even the viewers want to know about the fate of Eddie Munson, played by Joseph Quinn. This sounds like the team's plan to keep the audience guessing, which makes them more anticipative, deriving theories and making speculations.

Starting from where it left off in the last season, the fifth season would continue showing Vecna's upside-down world infiltrating into the real world and Will Byers having a connection with Vecna, which was evident in season 1. Could this be an insinuation to season 5's storyline?

Behind-the-scenes photos were posted after Stranger Things wrapped production, that started precisely from January 2024.

The final season will premiere in 2025 on Netflix.
