To make his oatmeal, it seems that Gordon Ramsay starts with jumbo rolled oats and then he uses a blend of water and milk for the preparation. And to make it a loaded oatmeal, he adds in a blend of spices and dates during the cooking process, before topping with other fruits.
All things considered, it actually makes a lot of sense to start the day with oatmeal, as it can be a very hearty and filling meal. And since Gordon Ramsay typically has a very busy schedule, not including the marathons he has trained for, his choice of breakfast seems fitting.
