If there is one royal tradition we look forward to every December, it might just be the Christmas morning walkabout as the family attends the Christmas Morning Service. And after a difficult year for the royal family, it was nice to see so many family members turning up for the tradition. In particular, there is no denying that people were excited to see Princess Catherine walking with the family to church on Christmas morning.

One thing that we like to take a look at when it comes to these appearances, is the fashion choices that were made. And while it may not be a gown or dress, Princess Catherine still cut a gorgeous figure in her ankle length green jacket with matching hat and gorgeous boots.

Luckily for us, we have a better idea of what the princess wore on Christmas morning thanks to royal fashion watcher, Remoulade Sauce on X (formerly Twitter). As with many of these royal occasions, they broke down what Princess Catherine was wearing from the top of her head to her handbag and shoes.

According to the breakdown of the princess' Christmas look, the gorgeous green jacket was actually an Alexander McQueen piece. In terms of the hat, which looked to match perfectly with the green coat, that was a Gina Foster Millinery beret in the style "Meribel."

Princess Catherine opted for black suede boots, as well as a black handbag. For the boots, those came from Gianvito Rossi, while the handbag was a piece from Grace Han. The handbag, which is still available on the brand's website is called the Love Letter Top Handle Bag and it retails for £2,370. It is definitely a gorgeous handbag and it definitely worked with this overall look.

The entire look was classic and elegant, while also being perfect for Christmas thanks to the green. We also appreciate the fact that Princess Catherine paired the look with a green and blue plain scarf that looked cozy and warm, while also working with the rest of the pieces.

As always, the princess knows how to make her outerwear work for her and this look was definitely a nice one for the holidays.
