If there is one children's program that seemed to have a hold on us in the late 1990s/early 2000s it would have to be the Teletubbies. This British program was something that kids loved and also learned from.

And over the years, the magic of the Teletubbies has remained strong. While the series only ran from 1998 through 2001, it has still managed to be a mainstay of entertainment for children.

This is why we were thrilled when we learned that TeeTurtle was going all out with their reversible plushies and giving us a Teletubbies collection, releasing in June 2025. All four characters are represented in the special collection, which means you can choose your favorite or snag all four!

Want to snag a Dipsy (the green Teletubby), Po (the red Teletubby), Laa-Laa (the yellow Teletubby) or Tinky-Winky (the purple Teletubby)? Then you are in luck. All four Teletubbies are ready to add a little bit of softness to your day.

TeeTurtle is making it easy to lean into the magic of the Teletubbies with reversible plushies

I had the chance to play with these reversible plushies from TeeTurtle myself and I have to say that I am in love. There is something both nostalgic and cathartic about these adorable plushies. I love that I can reverse them so that they are just the standard Teletubby with a smile on their face or flip them inside out and have a rainbow over their heads.

While I was not in the age group that fit with the Teletubbies original run (I was already in high school by then), I still remember how popular they were. And of course, whenever I did babysitting, it seemed like we had to have at least one episode of the Teletubbies playing in the background. So getting a chance to play with these TeeTurtle plushies as an adult was actually quite fun and as I mentioned, nostalgic. Plus, I have to say, just being able to reverse these designs was quite relaxing in a weird way.

I am a big fan of TeeTurtle, especially their t-shirts, and I love that they offer these plushies as a way to let people bring some cozy fun home with them. Not only does this allow people to show off a fandom they love, but it is done in a way that isn't often done.

The Teletubbies are having a moment and we are definitely here for that.
