When Queen Elizabeth II died in 2022, she left behind some beloved dogs. And those dogs have long been considered iconic members of the royal family. When she passed away, the Corgis she left behind went to the Duke and Duchess of York.

This means that Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson are responsible for Queen Elizabeth’s dogs. And it turns out that Ferguson has really embraced being one of the people taking care of the queen‘s Corgis.

According to People Magazine, on May 14, Sarah Ferguson revealed some interesting thoughts about the late queen’s dogs. Specifically she shared, “I have her Corgis, so every morning they come in and go, ‘Woof, woof’ and all that and I’m sure it’s her talking to me. The real thing is that I had the greatest honor to be her daughter-in-law. You know that’s really huge.”
