Sarah Ferguson has been quite busy the last few weeks.

The author and businesswoman's Instagram feed shows that she's been actively partnering with and visiting organizations focused on the health and wellness of other individuals.

One post is a collaboration between Sarah and Zoul Meditation, a wellness application that contains "guided meditations, stress relief exercises, and personalized mindfulness sessions tailored for better sleep, focus, and overall well-being."

A different piece of content is a photo collage of Sarah Ferguson visiting the Francis Crick Institute, a research institution that focuses on fighting against cancer. It isn't difficult to understand why Sarah would be interested in visiting this organization. Recently, reports from various outlets revealed that Sarah will need frequent cancer examinations for the rest of her life to maintain her health.

A potential entrance into the mindfulness industry?

Sarah Ferguson's Instagram post collaborating with Zoul contains a contest that was scheduled to settle on March 3. Sarah's caption shows that the winner received a free year of service from Zoul and all the perks associated with it.

Consistent with most influencer marketing campaigns, Sarah asked people to follow her and Zoul's IG pages and tag a few friends before entering.

Sarah's post doesn't contain a disclosure announcing that her collaboration with Zoul was sponsored content. However, a different Facebook reel published by the Duchess of York reveals that she's an equity partner in Zoul. The same post also discloses that the rising wellness company pledged to make a donation to Sarah's Trust.

There's nothing wrong with Sarah Ferguson starting a new project as her and her daughters continue earning livings as non-working members of the Royal Family. Gaining equity in a mindfulness business shows that Sarah Ferguson could be interested in helping people de-stress from whatever life throws at them whenever possible.

Acknowledging the researchers who are still in the fight against cancer

Sarah Ferguson's management of her own cancer is probably stressful. Despite this, the Duchess of York showed tons of interest during her visit to the Francis Crick Institute.

The Duchess' IG post shows her sitting in a meeting and listening to a presentation, having a one-on-one conversation with one of the Institute's staff members, and grabbing a photo opportunity with another duo of employees.

Sarah's caption on this post explains that the Frank Crick Institute is the brainchild and beneficiary of Cancer Research UK. The Duchess' brief statement also expresses that Cancer Research UK is a charity close to her heart and does the work needed to help people detect their own cases of cancer as early as possible.

It seems Sarah Ferguson won't let her long-term prognosis stop her from being a shining light for others. We'll keep an eye out for any updates about her new project with Zoul.
