The Royal Carols: Together at Christmas, the Christmas Concert associated with Princess Catherine is set to take place in the next week at Westminster Abbey (specifically on December 6). And while the general public will not be able to watch the event until it airs on Christmas Eve, that doesn't mean that we aren't talking about it and what we expect.

As we get closer to the concert taking place, reports indicate that Princess Catherine is really hoping for a "big turnout" in terms of the attendance. And considering the health issues that the Princess of Wales has dealt with this year and the fact that this is one of only a few times that the public will have seen her this year, it actually makes sense that people would turn out for the concert, including other members of the royal family.

Typically, we see the senior working royals take part in the Christmas concert, and that includes the king and queen. So of course, this would lead to questions about whether or not we will see Queen Camilla taking part in the event.

According to GB News, even though Queen Camilla has not been feeling well lately, she is said to be "on good form." And she believes in the idea of the show must go on, so even if she is not feeling her best, she will still be supporting Princess Catherine with her Christmas concert.

Obviously, both Queen Camilla and Princess Catherine need to be mindful of their health and well-being. So if they are not feeling well, it wouldn't surprise us if either one of them skipped out on the concert. However, since this is Princess Catherine's event, we do expect to see her front and center for the evening.

A royal author familiar with the family, Gareth Russell, revealed his thoughts on the Christmas concert and what he thinks will happen in terms of the turnout we will see. According to Russell, "We will see a big turnout from the senior royals, and, of course, from the princess's family, the Middletons. We've seen a lot of support from them in the past, certainly with everything that's happened with the princess in the past year. We will see a really big turnout from friends and family, both the Royal Family and her own birth family, the Middletons."

We will definitely be paying attention to any news that comes out on December 6 in terms of who makes an appearance for the Christmas concert. And of course, once it officially airs on Christmas Eve, the general public will likely get to see for themselves who all show ups.

If you are in the UK and looking to watch the Royal Carols: Together at Christmas it is set to air at 7:30 p.m. U.K. time on Dec. 24. And in the U.S., "you can watch it on Britbox and Amazon's Prime Video with a Britbox subscription add-on," according to Parade Magazine.
