When Christmas plans for different members of the royal family were revealed earlier in the month of December, we learned that Princess Beatrice would be celebrating the holidays with her huband and children abroad. Originally the plan was for Beatrice, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, and his family to head to Italy for the holidays.

However, Princess Beatrice is pregnant with the couple's second child together. And it has been advised that the princess not be on a long flight at the stage of her pregnancy. This means that their holiday plans had to be adjusted at the last minute.

According to Hello Magazine, the change in plans means that Princess Beatrice, Edo and their two children (their daughter Sienna and Edo's son Wolfie) will instead be heading to Norfolk with the rest of the royal family. It is being reported that with this change in plans, we will be seeing the couple take part in the Christmas walkabout that happens at Sandringham.

Although the children will be with the couple, it has been indicated that at least Sienna will not be taking part in the Christmas walkabout. Considering she is only three-years-old, this makes perfect sense, especially since Prince Louis didn't start joining the rest of the family until he was four.

Princess Beatrice is the only member of the York family to be joining the royals at Sandringham this Christmas, as Princess Eugenie will actually be spending the holidays with her in-laws. This is a first for the royal, as she typically does spend the holidays with the rest of the royal family at Sandringham.

There is no word on exactly when Princess Beatrice, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, and their children will arrive in Sandringham or if they are already there now that their original plans have been cancelled.

With these change in plans, we can't wait to see the couple as they join the Christmas walkabout. And of course, we are looking forward to Christmas stories from the royals.
