Touching news has come in from the Invictus Games in Vancouver.

While taking a break from all of the action, Prince Harry revealed that he and Prince Archie have begun bonding over videos of the late Princess Diana.

According to Hello! Magazine, Prince Archie asked to watch videos of his Grandma Diana after seeing pictures of her walking through a minefield.

"Archie was asking about landmines, so I was talking about these guys," Harry said while explaining how the touching moment came to be. "Interestingly it gave me a chance to talk about my mum, his grandma, which I didn't even really consider."

Before her passing, Princess Diana collaborated with the HALO Trust to clear the landmines and explosive traps left behind after various conflicts. In 1997, the late Princess infamously walked through an active landmine in Angola to elicit attention from international stakeholders.

In the present day, Prince Harry is the one who collaborates with the HALO Trust to mitigate the consequences of past disputes. Hello! Magazine reports that Harry returned to the same Angolan landmine 22 years later to highlight the lack of positive action in the area.

Harry's connection to the HALO Trust provided a natural opportunity for he and Prince Archie to talk about Princess Diana once the time came. When asked about how often he mentions his mother to Prince Archie, Harry said, "I don't tell him all the stuff that's happened, but certainly that this is Grandma Diana, and we've got a couple of photos up in the house."

Fans of the Royal Family know that there is too much drama in the House of Windsor to expose young children to before they are emotionally ready. Sadly, there is also the matter of Princess Diana's passing that will be a hard topic to approach when the conversation arises.

As he reflected more on his life as a father, Harry expressed that he feels his mother watching over him every step of the way.

"It is almost as though she's done her bit with my brother and now she's very much like helping me," Harry reflected. "She got him set up and now she's helping me set up."

As the 2025 Invictus Games continue, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are expected to engage with various communities and causes. Be sure to bookmark Tea and Banter so we can update you on the royal couple's latest moves!
