Understandably, Prince Harry is shocked by "the lengths to which [the senior members of the Royal Family] were willing to go."
People Magazine claims that Harry views his family's alleged actions as "the final straw" and is struggling to come to terms with the consequences of his realization.
What is going on here?
Look at this picture. Once upon a time, everything was going so well. Now, you can't even get King Charles to take Prince Harry's phone calls.
To make matters worse, it's impossible to get the brothers to speak to each other despite their recent experiences.
People Magazine mentions the brief truce Harry and King Charles had after the latter's cancer diagnosis; but that quickly evaporated as the two's relationship devolved into the worst it's ever been.
Insiders told People Magazine that Harry's actually tried to reconnect with his brother, William, numerous times. Unfortunately, William has stonewalled him at every turn.
To be honest, Prince Harry's suspicion that his family wants to control him is confusing. King Charles and Prince William treat the Duke like they've forgotten about him. This would work against any plans to invite Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex back into the fold.
At the same time, the Royal Family's recent drama has never been accused of making sense.
During his case, Prince Harry's legal team argued that RAVEC, the government's state-funded security service, singled him out when deciding to reduce the level of security provided to him.
The Duke's legal team also claimed that Harry wasn't even provided the same services given to celebrities in RAVEC's "Other VIP Category."
These accusations are notable because members of the Royal Household, including King Charles' closest aides, work inside RAVEC. Due to this, Prince Harry believed that his father could intervene on his behalf at any time. However, a palace source told People Magazine that Harry's assumption was "wholly incorrect."
Understandably, Prince Harry is unwilling to forgive the danger this situation has exposed his family to. In a bombshell quote, Harry claimed that "People would be shocked by what's being held back."
The House of Windsor's most recent update shows that a reunion between Prince Harry and King Charles is highly unlikely.
However, Prince William's retention of the law firm that represented his mother during her divorce from King Charles also shows that you should never say never when talking about this family.
