Of course, if there are events to attend or they are traveling, things might get changed up in terms of what or when they are eating (but that is something we can all appreciate).
When it comes to the foods that Queen Camilla eats, there is one item that she apparently has nearly every single day. And it is an item that the queen has even said that she didn’t particularly enjoy when she was a child.

According to Showbiz Cheatsheet, the queen is actually eating avocado most mornings. And in an essay from the Queen herself written in 2022 she explains, “I’d eaten avocados at home and hated them at first. But I now eat them most days.“
It is all thanks to a dish she tried in a London restaurant. The dish really changed the way she appreciated avocados. Apparently, the dish in question gave her a new love for this particular fruit. In that same 2022 essay, Queen Camilla shared, “I remember how excited I was when I first ate prawn and avocado, at Alexander’s in Chelsea.”
That dining experience seems to be why she can now be counted on to eat an avocado in the morning nearly every day. And since the avocado is said to be a heart healthy addition to one’s diet, it does make sense for the queen to be eating them regularly.
