Social media users are questioning what Princess Catherine was spotted wearing in latest sighting

On August 25, royal watchers were excited to see pictures posted to social media of members of the royal family heading to Sunday service while on summer break in Scotland. The reason for the excitement stemmed from the fact that Princess Catherine was with the family, marking one of only a few sightings of the princess since her cancer diagnosis earlier this year.

However, while people might be happy to see the Princess of Wales out in public with the family, there were still some questions about what she was seen wearing. According to Hello Magazine, it seems like fans were curious about the "wintery attire" she was seen wearing in the car.

Among the comments made on social media were people asking about the weather in the UK, someone else pointing out that where they are it is summer so the look made her even warmer, and even more comments on whether or not it was actually that cold. But considering the area where the family is taking their summer break, it makes perfect sense that Princess Catherine is bundled up.

While the royal family would usually be in London (although not necessarily at this time of the year) where the average temperatures at this time of year are about 73 degrees Fahrenheit, in Scotland the highs on the day were at 60 degrees Fahrenheit. And the low on the day was at about 43 degrees Fahrenheit.

Considering the health issues that Princess Catherine has been dealing with and those average temperatures, it makes perfect sense that the Princess of Wales was wearing colder weather outerwear. And she was not the only one wearing the colder weather wear, as Queen Camilla was also spotted in a beautiful green jacket.
