Princess Catherine's medical records were apparently part of a hospital security breach

No matter what you think about the ongoing royal family drama and the current questions circulating around Princess Catherine, there are some things that should remain private. A person's medical records should not be made public and not only that, but they should not be stolen.

Even if you want to know what is really happening with the Princess of Wales, that doesn't mean we should be digging into her hospital records. However, it sounds like there has been a security breach at the hospital that frequently treats members of the royal family, and in particular was the location where the princess apparently had abdominal surgery in January 2024.

According to US Weekly, Princess Catherine "has found herself at the center of another controversy after The London Clinic experienced a security breach pegged to her medical records.
The London Clinic recently launched an investigation into its staffers after members of the hospital reportedly tried to access Kate’s private records following her January abdominal procedure."

So not only are people speculating about what is going on with Princess Catherine, but now it sounds like people are actively trying to dig into her medical records to learn the truth. And we shouldn't have to remind people that this is illegal and morally objectionable behavior.

Not only did the hospital immediately reach out to Kensington Palace to let them know about the security breach, but they also revealed that they were actively investigating the matter. At this point, there is not a lot of information about what transpired and whether or not her medical records were in fact obtained by the person who attempted to access them. And it should be interesting to see what comes of this news and the investigation itself.

While there are many of us who are curious about what is happening with the Princess of Wales, there is no reason for anyone to breach hospital records for that information. This entire situation is completely out of hand and this is just not okay.
