It's day four of Royal Ascot and in the penultimate day of horse racing and fashion moments, it was time for Princess Catherine to shine. In her first appearance at Royal Ascot as the Princess of Wales, the royal went all out in a stunning red look.
From the top of her head to the tips of her toes, Princess Catherine was a vision in red on day four of Royal Ascot. And while we are all about this fashion look, we have to point out that it was clear she was enjoing her day in the sun. Not only did she spend time chatting with other members of the royal family, but she also spoke with other celebrities and prominent figures, including Dame Judi Dench. Plus, there was at least one flirty moment with her husband as well.
Unlike in previous years, when Princess Catherine opted for pastel colors for Royal Ascot, this year it is clear that she was making a real statement with her look. And I am here for it.
What did Princess Catherine wear to day four of Royal Ascot 2023?
As the Daily Mail pointed out, the vibrant red dress that the Princess of Wales wore to Royal Ascot was actually a piece from Alexander McQueen, and featured a v-neckline, long sleeves, and a flowing skirt that danced in the breeze. For her hat, the princess opted for a matching shade of red in the form of a piece from Philip Treacy.
While we don't yet know the designer of her red heels, we do know that her matching handbag is from Hermes. We also have to point out that the Princess of Wales completed her look with gold jewelry, including a pair of chandelier style statement earrings from the brand Sezane.
Honestly, this entire look was a stunner. The princess was a vision in red, and in many ways she was a showstopper.
This look was vibrant, yet elegant. Princess Catherine looked both regal and refined in this outfit and it is definitely a color we hope to see on her again in the future.
