Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan are heading to Africa after the prince returns from London

On May 8, Prince Harry is set to return to London for a service dedicated to the Invictus Games. It's a trip that will see Duchess Meghan staying home, likely with their children. During his time in London, he will be giving a reading and representing the sporting event that he founded.

However, once Prince Harry is done in London, he and Duchess Meghan will be traveling to Nigeria. According to Hello Magazine, the royal couple was apparently invited to visit the African country "by the Chief of Defence Staff, the highest-ranking military official in Nigeria." It turns out that Prince Harry met the Nigerian Chief of Defence Staff while in Dusseldorf in September of 2023 for the Invictus Games.

It is being said that on this visit to Africa, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be visiting a number of organizations, although the actual details of the trip have yet to be released. Considering this is a surprise trip for the royal couple, it makes sense that there are not a lot of details related to what is planned for them and where exactly they will be visiting in Nigeria.
