No, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex aren’t separating, and a royal expert even said they have always been showing a “united front.”

Several media outlets have reported that Prince Harry and Meghan’s marriage are on the rocks, and rumors started to get out of hand when the gossip magazine Radar Online alleged that they’re on a “trial separation” to cool things off after months of fighting. So, what’s the truth?

Prince Harry, Meghan not separated

To clear the issue, a source denied the separation claims and said it was “literally made up.”

“It’s not true,” the insider insisted.

Royal expert Katie Nicholl also weighed in on the issue and told Entertainment Tonight that she saw “no evidence” of the split. She even said the controversial royal couple presents “a very united front” amid the devastating breakup rumors.

Though she understands why others easily perceive that Prince Harry and Meghan may have been having marital issues, she believes the pair has a “genuine and authentic spark.”

"My experience with Harry and Meghan -- whenever I've been with them as a couple, who are very, very close -- [have] a sort of spark between them that always struck me as being very authentic,” she explained.

The alleged fallout because of Spare

Rumors have it that the release of Prince Harry’s equally controversial memoir, Spare, has strained his and Meghan’s relationship.

Amid all the publicity and the backlash the book has received, along with the worsening feud of the prince with the royal family and his friends and the hate of the public, the former actress was visibly missing.

Nicholls asserted it was the first time that the two seemed “divided” after having a strong partnership since the start of their romance.

But Meghan wasn't there in the crucial moment of Prince Harry’s life. The author is convinced that Meghan’s absence from her husband’s side sparks the split rumors, but until now, she sees no strong evidence to prove it.

Prince Harry, Meghan’s apparent time apart

Radar Online claimed Prince Harry and Meghan were spending time apart to rebuild their bond following the public backlash and the surprising end of their million-dollar Spotify deal.

A source told the outlet they were trying to figure out the problem, adding that the 38-year-old royal doesn’t fit in his wife’s “tacky Tinseltown world.”

Prince Harry is even said to be trying to “find himself.”

Prince Harry and Meghan were last seen together with the latter’s mother, Doria Ragland, at a charity gala in New York in May. It was the same day they were reportedly in a near-fatal car chase in the streets of Manhattan for two hours after leaving the event.
