If you are a fan of the TV series Lucifer, then you are probably very familiar with Tom Ellis. After all, he portrayed the titular character throughout the entire series. Or maybe you recognize him from the comedy, Miranda. In that series, he is the love interest of the titular character. No matter which series you recognize him from, you might have noted that Ellis is actually rather tall.

Considering Tom Ellis has definitely made a name for himself on our screens, it makes sense that fans would want to know all kinds of details about the actor. And for some of us (especially those of us who may be a bit on the shorter side), we are actually curious about how tall he really is.

So we did some digging to figure out exactly how tall Ellis really is. And we think we have some idea of where he falls on the height chart.

Is Tom Ellis tall?

According to a blog post on the Trell site, it seems that Tom Ellis is approximately 6'3". It is important to note though that he has not expressly shared how tall he is and this measurement is based on what others have said about how tall he really is.

Beyond the fact that his apparent height of 6'3" is based on what others have said about his height, we should also point out that posture and the types of shoes a person wears can have an impact on how tall they are. However, we can safely say that Tom Ellis is over 6 feet tall and is most likely hitting around that 6'3" mark.

We are definitely not surprised by how tall Ellis is, especially when seeing him standing next to some of his fellow costars. But it definitely has us considering what other roles we would love to see him take on now that we know how tall he is. (We definitely think he has the height to be our next Superman.)

Are you surprised by how tall Tom Ellis is? Did you expect him to be over 6 feet tall?
